hello guys
i recently made a BF costume for my self and now my girl wants one too!
we saw a great and sexy costume and we want make something similar!
i have to make the cupped pieces for the chest pieces and i ask if someone can help me how making this shape!

I made some a while back for my ex wife. To be honest the easiest way was to take a plaster cast of her chest and then use that mold to make fibreglass plates.

Check out this thread on the Mando site Female Armor Resource Thread v.2 they have a lot of neat tricks for armor

They are using plastic display manikin for the chest armor like this one Skin Female Armless Torso in Natural Pose, torsos, mannequins - better store fixtures from The Shop Company - The Shop Company they go as low as $10
