The resin dental file is just glued on ... you should be able to lose it with a flat screwdriver or some other tool.

As far as I have in mind there´s no need to grind them down.

No, FP replica. Really liking it though.

Well, dental files added now. I drilled the holes with a 0.8 mm (1/32") drill from dremel. Perfect fit. Super tight. No glue needed. I drilled all the way through the gauntlet and cut the excess off with a cutter/plier.

Realized that I shouldn't have the red/orange rubber gaskets between the drill and gauntlet, so I managed to pull the drills out again, remove the gaskets and put the drills back again. They really are held in place firmly. I can be sure they will never fall off unintentionally.

The gauntlets are 2008 MOW, so they are lacking some of the newer details, but they'll do for now (nothing is ever permanent)

Long time no see, my dear build thread!

But now I'm pretty much done, sort of!
I have my GMH helmet painted by Superjedi, and the last piece of the puzzle, the jetpack from RS, with additional greblies by darkside, mojofett and an original dental file. And as an added bonus, I grinded out some bronze from the inside of my Hand-Shaub Webley that I'm working on, to make it accept a 40 mm grenade casing. Basically, I just need some finishing touches, and a good helmet liner before I can comfortably wear this with pride. Almost everything has been uppgraded or replaced since I started this project.
