The whole bounty hunter crew in ESB is pretty awesome looking. Especially Fett. Love the Snowtroopers too.

I would have to say a Tie Pilot or Imperial Gunner cause I have those two costumes, but then again I love all the Imperial armoured troops.

From the prequels I'd say the Galactic Marines as they just look like they are going to kick your butt.
