What USB power supply to get for helmet fans and chest display?

I got a phone charger power supply but the chest display would turn off after every 30 secs when plugged into it (it stays on when plugged into a wall so it’s not the device)

Your chest display draws too little power, so the battery switches off. It thinks the “phone” is done charging, so the battery goes to sleep. I get around this by using high brightness displays. So the chest display draws at least 100mA, keeping the battery from sleeping.

Fans draw more current, probably 200mA. Enough to keep the battery on.

If you need help checking, link to your fan and I can review the data sheet.

I like this one, I use it in my helmet and chest display. Very small and slim but plenty of juice.
