The "Darth Jones" ANH Vader helmet

Vader is my expertise when it comes to authentic pieces. I absolutely love the Boba Fett pieces and constantly drool over them but im a bigger Vader nut. Since I cant afford both sides I lean towards Vader. This is my lastest Vader piece. The DJ ANH helmet.

For those who don't know. Rick Baker, the make up artist for the cantina sequence, was tasked to mold the original helmet for promotional tour in 1978. 6 original helmets were produced out of that mold. Since its still intact in the archives a few casts have reached our hands. The Prop Den user Darth Jones had his cast since 1981 if I remember correctly. He contracted Mike Warren/Vadermonkey(TPD) to produce copies for collectors in the recent years. Here is mine. Enjoy.

What an exquisite helmet.

Happy Friday All,
I have no real input here, but when I saw the title "Darth Jones" it made me think of the Family Guy Episode, were James Earl Jones was IN the Darth Vader Costume!

....Enjoy!
