Target Boba as a bucket base?

I've seen them discussed in the Boba sections here on TDH, but I can't seem to find any discussion on using the Target/Rubies 3-piece Boba helmet as a starting point for a Jango. Has this been discussed or attempted? If so, are there in WIP threads I can checkout?

Here is my Merc helmet that started out as a Target bucket. Aside from filling in the dents, replacing the visor, replacing the RF stalk, and removing the cheek greeble (all of which was done on the first one), I think the trickiest part would be lowering the top of the right ear cap while still leaving the lip that sticks up. What do you guys think?

I have not seen one made into a Jango helmet but your list is about right as far as the changes. The ears are a bit too thick also if you are wanting to make it screen accurate. You would probably be better off just replacing the ears.

Ok, thanks for the input. I'll look into maybe getting some 3D printed ears. If y'all want, I can post some WIP pics along the way.
