tape torso

So i made one of these afew yrs back and well lets just say the foam wasnt dry.
totally ruined my vest and generally made a mess.

So does anyone have an alternet idea to make tape torso's firm?
Fiberglass?

Like a manniquin ?

Build a frame out of PVC pipe and fittings then build up with foam then shave down. tape up. Or yea u could fiberglass it.

Or make a friend at the mall. Maintanice man would be the best. They have broke and chipped mannequins in a back room they will give away. I got three like this. ;)
