Stormtrooper Helmet - Ears??

Ok, so this morning i added the little bumps on the ears and i also created the grill thingy for the chin (which was surprisingly difficult, spent a good 3 hours doing that ). tomorrow i am going to vacuum form the ears and the chin grill then paint the helmet Black and add the detailsin silver

now all i need to do is make a vacuum forming machine :facepalm
