Posted this on Whitearmor.net, but I figure I'd share this build here as well, since it's my latest baby!
Vacuum formed this out of 0.06 HIPS, out of an original hand-made mold I made out of bond; mask is actually made in 3 major parts: (silver) outer shell (out of which the detailing was cut), which is glued over the inner mask (dark grey), and middle ridge/diamond section above the nose, which was glued on top of it all.
The step-by-step diary with photos is posted on whitearmor, but I also made a youtube video that basically sums everything up in under 3 minutes.
