Side pocket dimensions / Utility pouches

Can anyone provide the accurate dimensions for the side pockets / Utility pouches.
I need to make a set. I have the correct material just not sure of the proper size.

Oh, and i've seen discussion that one pouch is smaller than the rest. Seems up for debate but I made mine all the same size
