The helmets are easy to reshape, and the plastic will get soft in any hot conditions, Just sitting it in a car on a hot day will cause it to change form. What I did was warm mine up in hot water from the bath tubb then used a hairdryer to warm it further then stuff it with towels. This usually does the trick. As far as the Visor, I just used an exacto knife to cut it out. I bought the exacto knife from walmart for a dollar and some change, it had the visor out in no time, I also used this on the Keyholes.
