Actually I believe there were only two scenes in the script that didnt get filmed. One was Joker leaving Bruce's party and I dont remeber what the other is but I dont think Joker was in it

He is for sure dead, interviews say so, apparently he would ask Nolan "Am I dead?" and of course, the answer was "Yes"

My quoting is no the most accurate, but yeah, he is.:)

and I am assuming you guys were speaking of two-face.
