Be VERY wary of ANY dimension syou get from those sites.  Much of that info is very old and MANY new ref pics have become available since then.  Always verify and check for yourself.  I believe you will find that the 3" height measurement is considerably too short.  I am by no means stating this as definitive fact but my own research has pointed me closer to a measurement of 4.5" X 1.85"  Again, these are ONLY rough estimates and I would STRONGLY encourage you to look these things up for yourself instead of taking ANYONE else's word for it.  Even mine.  :)
