Pepakura Armor? I need t make cod, back, but, shin etc. armor

I need a quick and decent way to make knee, shin, butt, cod, back and gauntlets. I made the chest, shoulders and collar armor using the trash can method but everytime I try to make a decent back it feels and looks horrible.

I need help. I want to make this for halloween. Theres a contest at the college.

I have dress boots/shoes that are similar to boba fetts, Ill just have to paint them or glue fabric or something to them.
My jumpsuit is a bit light but it will work. Ill need to put the 2 large pockets on the front though.

Oh and what were the colors again for the paint? If I have to ill paint baseball shin armor and fudge it if I cant get it all done but I really want an accurate suit...
