Painting fiberglass?

What type of paint should I use so it will adhere best to fiberglass cloth/resin?

You don't have to paint the fiberglass cloth if its on the inside of the helmet!!

hhhmmm...wondering if you are placing the cloth on the outside of the helmet or the inisde??

its on the inside. I would rather have the inside of my helmet black then pee yellow.

i think as long as you sand it down any paint would be ok...spray paint should be fine...

Sand it down smooth, then prime it, and it should be fine.

For the inside of a helemt I knock of the sharp points and just shoot it flat black in one coat and call it done.

I shot it with 2 coats of some high gloss black enamel. It gave it this awesome look. I am really pleased
