Boba Freekk: Well, I might just cast it and do my modifications on the copy instead (still not sure though).
Phil: Yeah, I couldn't pass this up...it looked so much closer to what I imagined the "real" one would be.
Carbon Chamber: It sure would be a load off my mind if this did turn out to be what was used originally...that would be really cool.
The one thing that's missing (aside from the paint job) that I can see is the flared heel rest on the bottom of the grip, but that can be added easily enough.
Spidey2222: heh, isn't that just the way of things? 
I've seen 3 of these on Ebay so far, all of them sold for about $20-$30...I hope when the next ones hit that they can be had for a reasonable cost.
