Err... I based my armour on the size of my chest, I never went looking for the actual dementions of the stuff.

just out of curiosity what dimensions do you have on yours

The gap is just due to the bend of the armor and incorrect angles made at a guess.

I measured the armour on one of my Fett figures, and the dimensions would only be 10mm
