Need Cheap/Durable Helmet Mats.

I am new here and need some advice on making a helmet for my Custom any advice would be great i already have templates just need mats

yep im trying to get it up and running but i dont have enough money for a really durable source for my helmet i think ill make my armor out of a 50 gal. water drum

Btw C1rca i looked at your custome and i liked the Scheme of the helmet i was thinking of either painting mine like yours or red and black.

check out antman's cardboard tutorial under the boba helmet section...its a really good start for the helmet. good luck on the custom!!!

Thanks for the input but the first thing i did after i found this site was look for cardboard tutorials and mine did not turn out to great so i was thinking maybe some sheet metal and elbow grease i got a junk yard right down the road and i will see about some metal tomorow but keep the ideas a coming

i think ill use a Hard hat helmet from the guys down the road and cut off the bill and Bondo it on to the Sheet metal helmet

Yeah i checked that out the other day but i think i want to have my armor done before i go into it further
