A good friend of mine has recently acquired a RG and he's having issues with the helmet fitting.

Awesome! yet another costume I have been wanting to build. I have always been very interested in that helmet. So did you buy it or make it? I saw a thread a while back where a guy made the helmet, but he had trouble with it fitting correctly as well. I think he cut it and extended it out a bit. Would the canon movie helmet only be one size or would it be different for each individual guard?

The helmet is a Don Post, sweet deal I picked up on ebay, I'm no good with my hands at making stuff like this, no time for it as my 9 week old keeps us on our toes, don't get me wrong I love raising my new son, I am gonna make another force pike.
