My Maul Mandalorian helmet.

So, I'll just make this my basic thread for my helmet. I'm going for a Maul style of my own design. I got the T-visor in from T-visor.com, and I've run into a little problem. It won't fit fully in all the way. the helmet does curve a little, while the Visor is flat. I don't have any previous experience, so.... what to do?

Use a heat gun to heat the visor to fit the curve of the helmet.

Another vote on Heat Gun.. just be careful not to overheat the visor..
