To start I got this 10 1/2in u bolt for the base!

After the weld dries I’m gonna use electrical tape to cover anything shard where the bends near the metal.

Very Nice! Hows the build coming along? I am getting ready to start printing my chest and back plate armor and have been pondering how I would carry the load of the jet pack myself. These pics are very helpful, thank you for posting!
