Movie sized bucket question?

Looking down from the top at the front of the helmet the cheeks seem to stick out. What has been done with this if anything? Meaning are you torking it in a little then securing the visor or just placing the visor and does this look OK.

Since it's pretty hard fiberglass I don't know if you CAN tork it. I just planned to pop the visor in

You have to sand the inside area flush where the visor goes.

Has anybody tryed making some what of a Holding cell for their Visor inside your Helmet? (that sounds stupid) Something like a Slide in - Slide out Visor. So incase you wanted to take your visor out & change it, or even clean it?

Fettish Fiend cut a groove into the area so that the visor sits closer to the front. Conceivably it could be installed and removed very easily.

I like the idea of it but it would be alot more work than I'm prepared to give lol... Too much headache for me worrying about lining it all up right. I prefer to rearmount the visor because it doesn't have to be cut precisely. If you frontmount it or otherwise create a channel for it you will need to cut the visor precisely. Too much and you need a new one

The visors on the real deal were held in using a sort of a bracket and screw method. There should be a couple pics around here of it. It looks like the visors on the originals could be removed and replaced.
