MLC scout trooper helmet visor

Hello everyone, I am going to purchase a shadow scout trooper MLC helmet. As you know this is custom made by MLC so it does not include a visor. Does anyone know where I can purchase a perfect fit one or where I should go to have a custom visor made to fit the helmet perfectly? thanks a lot!!

Just buy a welding shield visor and cut it to shape. Like this one:

If you can trim a cast helmet, you can trim a visor. Here's how cruzer does his for Jango, you can use the same ideas.

You can use a piece of poster board and trace the lenshole onto it. Cut it out about 1/2" bigger then what you traced onto the posterboard. Then trace that onto your lens material. You can cut it with a scissor, it is REALLy simple. You dont have to uber precise just leave enough material to glue and your good.
