welcome aboard , sounds like you got some work cut out for you making it in metal , if you find it's to hard you could always try sintra/foamex (USA/UK)

My first suggestion is to lean away from multiple pieces for the chest and maybe use that on your back instead. That has a bad potential for pinching the ever lovin god outta you when you bend forward.

NovallTalon is RIGHT ON If you insist on multiple pieces, put something behind the vest that will not let them overlap/pinch.

Thanks guys when i was drawing it i messed up on the chest armor there will be less chest peices, basicly there will be the tipical three peice with the medallion
