What do you think of the fabric, the color, how it is worn? I think it looks great on the show. Wasn't sure if it tucked up into the helmet or not. And in some photos the bottom edge looks frayed:

look up Mood Fabrics, black boiled wool. Than take some grit sandpaper to it. Voila. =P

Charcoal boiled wool is perhaps closer. There are quite a few vendors online in both the US and Europe.

Regarding how it is worn, it attaches behind the top of the chest armor. The left side passes in front of the neck. The right side is attached at one point. The bottom of the cape is cut to look frayed.

Check out Steven Walker, he has the cloak setup pretty darn good. The mechanic he uses to do it is pretty good.

There is a vendor on Etsy that makes a really well done cape, look up summerwoodcrafts. She is very friendly and communicative and not only offers some excellent fabrics, but also will make it in another fabric if you message her, I chose this fabric from StoneMountainFabric Boiled Wool/Viscose - Charcoal - Stonemountain & Daughter Fabrics
It’s currently out of stock but is perfect and would be worth the wait

I watched the first two episodes again tonight and there is a scene that shows holes/damage to the lower right of the cloak. I tried to get a photo that shows this, will upload it tomorrow.

Deffo holes. I think weathering will get worse as each episode moves on. I mean in the first one it wasnt really blasted up

It is currently out of stock I wil chose the very same' fabric as you recommanded.
I cant find the price of the cape becaus it is sold out.it doesnt bother you to say How much did it cost i have to see if there is room in my budget to buy

The exact color of Mando's season 2 cape is charcoal grey. Straight from the costume department.
