Lego Boba Fett Costume

Hi All,
I thought I would share my Lego Boba Fett costume I did for Motor City Comic Con. It's made of Hi-density foam for the helmet and hands, foam core for the body and jet pack and polyfoam for the arms and legs. I still need to make the antenna and a gun.
I put a WIP (cliff Notes) on the legion site.

I used spray paint. It is best to test it first on a small piece because some paints will melt the foam!

I have been working on the gun and antenna. Both are about done. Here are some photos of the gun.
I carved it out of the high density foam insulation. I did the basic shapes on the cnc router at work.

It's not to bad. I think it is more comfortable than my Stormtrooper. I just need more area to move around. I still need some fans, it's really hot.
