Kal's Custom Mando

it has to be correctable (spelling?) to 20/20. My eyesight is 20/20 in one eye and 20/15 in the other so, no problem there. I just didn't want to be a pilot, but I still wanted to fly so my job fits me perfectly (since I like to tell ppl what to do! lol). I get to wear a flightsuit and I get wings, so I'm happy...lol
 
Man I shoudl have done more research... I was just askin pilots and recruiters when I was workin at Hickam AFB, unless that was then and this is now?
 
Well that was definitely then and this is definitely now. In my Cadets eyesight isn't much of a problem, you gotta be able to see stuff moving out of the corner of your eye, but since we get mud in our eyes on a regular basis they don't really care.
 
So I was watching Tranformers 2 yesterday, and saw some very un-M4 looking M4s being used, so I googled it and found some images. Thinking about modding my rifle to look a little more like this. What do u guys think? Let me know which one you would go with. We'll call the first one the MVARS (M-Vars) and the second we'll call the TF Carbine. The extra 2 images are just shots of the TF carbine in the movie. Like I said let me know what you guys think about the 2 different ideas.

very interesting Pacx... I had actually thought up something kinda similar to that. hadn't thought of using the nerf parts tho. I'll show u my MP5 mod now, and will work up another MP5 concept with the nerf parts for later today.

I basically took the MP5 Swordfish from Airsoftgi.com and added the M4 type 6 pos stock to it. Thought it looked pretty cool but never really took it any farther than that. May have to look into it again tho.

I also LOOOVE the picatinny rails, even tho that has become a very trendy thing here on earth, I think they look so frackin' awesome, especially running the full length of the spine of the rifle. Gives it a very razorbacked appearance, and allows mods more easily. I also plan on adding one of the Nerf laser/flashlights to the rifle somewhere, probably on a side mount.

MP5 is one of the best guns EVER. I like your pics, a little less /earthy/ and more 'alienic'. My shotgun (MPtL, as I have pet-named it)

The idea of mounting side lights is good, I was gonna do the same with mine. I was gonna have 2 red-dot sights on the top and bottom and 3 flashlights on the sides.

Thanks Pacx... not sure which way I want to go yet... will have some kind of paint/photoshop hackjob MP5 mod up for u guys later on.
