Jumpsuit Query

I'm looking for opinions here. I am 5'10" and weigh 150 lbs. I'm looking to get a jumpsuit. Should I go a little bigger than, say, a medium? Or should I keep that part of the costume tighter? I'm going for as screen-accurate as possible. Judging from the ESB pictures I've browsed, the jumpsuit looks like it's more on the snug side.

A lot of the vendors can take your measurements and make one that fits you.
Not necessarily "off the rack" if you know what I mean. . . unless you're making one yourself, that is.
