Shin Tools Jetpack Adjustment Tool dimensions

Could someone give me the dimensions for the Jetpack Adjustment Tool, please? It looks a bit like a carburetor adjustment tool. Just need the length, outer and inner diameter of the top bit and diameter of the main bit.

Thanks, I found it in the Templates thread. 30mm outer, 23 mm inner, 120mm long. Got a length of tube on eBay for £7.50. Enough for two even.
