These are some pictures taken several months ago during a troop at Disneyland!
Since then,
Major changes I’ve done are
1. Dye the flight suit
2. Repaint the helmet
3. Adjust and add Velcro on the armor
4. Additional Weathering
I have a few since then I will update as well.

I also have a 3D printed helmet (old pictures) That I am still cleaning up.
Funny enough, in college my roommate had a 3D printer. (He was also a Star Wars fan) He decided to make a Mando helmet and asked me if I wanted to make one.
Fast forward a few years, what started out as just a helmet turned to a full kit. Lol.
I am in the process of completely striping and repainting. I couldn’t find a single accurate dented helmet. So I decided to make my own by heating up the pla then slowly molding it. I used a glass cup to help get an aggressive curve.

Another part of my kit that required some work was my Jetpack harness. Or what is Officially A $20 posture harness off Amazon. I’ve had the worst luck on things failing. So I riveted the connections. This is the most secure attachment I’ve found.

Recently just discovered my Arkady flight suit had a buckle for the gauntlet tubes. So I burned a hole in the tubes and attached it with a Key ring.

Everything is looking great. It's actually kind of crazy how similar our kits are. I am pretty sure that besides the helmet, we have almost the same parts for everything, down to the Amazon posture harness. I also had to do some significant work on my DC gauntlets to get them more accurate....added metal hardware and switched out the hoses, weathering etc. I didn't even notice the black stripe on the flamethrower, I will have to update that.
That Arkady flightsuit looks great, the color is perfect! Mine is actually arriving from Carole tomorrow. I am guessing that you dyed it with some purple to get the correct color? It seems most flightsuit makers use more of a blue color to make it and need a little bit of dye.
Also, you're saying that the flightsuit arrived with the hose connectors already sewed into the outer sleeve?
What armor attachment method did you go with?
Definitely keep us in the loop with the updates!

Do you mind sharing where you got your new hoses? I’m looking for those dark purple ones. I tried dying these and the color didn’t stay.

I went with snaps. I am in a love hate relationship with them. On one hand taking some parts off let’s me take the vest on and off with ease but on the other hand it’s sort of clanky. I added Velcro in some arenas and it helped out big time to make it a little neater.

Christian(Man of war Studios) gave me an absolute SMOKING deal. If you are looking to get a jet pack I would subscribe to his mailing list…(sometimes crazy discounts) You can ask for more or less weathering. I chose a little more than moderate but if you prefer the clean look he can hook you up.

you have good taste as well. I have the exact same jetpack, go figure. I am in love with it as well, Christian did a great job with this one.The hoses took me forever to figure out. After several tries I was given the right formula. The correct hoses are from here:

Then for dying them I used Rit Denim Blue. The key is to use the OLD version of the powdered dye. The new version of the powder dye or liquid dye will not stick onto the hoses, they changed the formula for some reason.
The old dye can be found on eBay and looks like this:
Use the stovetop method with boiling water and 2 boxes of dye. Dip the hoses into it for a few seconds, then rinse with cold water and evaluate and re-dip until you get the correct shade. This worked really well for me. I had tried every single version of dye and eventually resorted to using paint until I found out about this.
