If looking for a full suit check the Cargo Hold they will show up on there when somebody is selling one. If looking to buy piece by piece I would suggest contacting the following people on TDH.
Darkside for metal parts,
Cruizer Seeker or bigkidbiggertoys for leather parts and armor (there are others that make them but I can't remember them all).
Arkady for the jumpsuit.
Crow62 for the boots or find a suitable substitute,
Jet Pack either find one in the cargo hold, check out mandalorianmercs.org or Man Of War Studios sells theirs on Ebay.
Westar-34's (blasters) many people use modified Rubies blasters some have resin one's and the lucky few that own them have the Master Replicas Westar-34's Sorry I have no idea about who makes them right now.
As for the flak vest you will have to check around I have seen a few people that make them but the most recent ones are not screen accurate. Loanstar used to make them but I don't know if he still is, Seeker or Bigkidbiggertoys might make them but you will have to ask. Personally I'm working on making my own but haven't perfected it yet.
Jetpack harness I would recommend seeker.
