I 3D printed mine. Ended up being a lot easier and cheaper than found parts.
Everything is printed except the 3 rivets, the piece of gaffers tape and the threaded part of a bolt holding the adjustment tools together.

Don't get me wrong. There is nothing wrong with authenticity, I happen to have a printer and thought this was the best solution for me.
