Yeah, heard it on Armed Forces Radio today that George Lucas released to the Media he is making a new Star Wars movie to fit in the Clone Wars cartoons. ANOTHER FREAKIN MOVIE! Supposedly pre production will start in 09. Goin to take place between 3 and 4 apparently.

Haven't searched online for a news docket yet, anyone else heard this?

Wait, I didnt follow the other thread, because I was assuming that it was just a clone wars animated series. Is this going to be a full fledged film or is it going to be an animated clone wars film?

This is the third thread about the new movie. But actually it doesn't take place between 3 and 4 and it comes out this year on August 15. It takes place between 2 and 3, and its basically the first 3 episodes of the new clone wars CG series edited together to make a movie. Also, there is going to be a separate live action TV series set between 3 and 4 but that doesn't come out for another couple of years.
