How do I get rid if the writing on my gauntlet hose?

I got my hose for my ESB gaunt and it has a bunch of printed writings on it... It doesn't sand off How do I get rid of it? Also, how do you weather your hoses? Give it that yellowish feel

I dunno about the writing, but have you tried some paint thinners?
as for the internal weathering... I have seen somewhere that a guy used some kind of dye/stain on the inside. looked really good too.

Dremel with the sanding drum will get it off. Just careful not to take too much.
