how do I attach armor to the cloth or clothing

I want to find out how to attach the metal or plastic or what ever I should use to the clothing that you where.

I am guessing the "the metal or plastic or what ever" is the armor pieces and the clothing is what you're attaching to. There are a few methods, a lot use industrial strength velcro attached to the armor, while using sew on velcro on the clothing. Or you could use snaps, in which you glue one side to the armor and attach the other one to the clothing.
