why'd they have to go and remove the dying friend subplot? that gave the entire concept some heart. now it looks like jay and silent bob go to star wars. don't get me wrong, i'm still going to see it and lmao. i'm just really hoping to get a directors cut dvd with the subplot re-included so that it will make more sense.

Dude, Kyle Newman was put back on the project and the cancer plot is back in due to the "Stop Darth Weinstein" campaign.

Yeah, I got some tickets to see it in San Fran this Wed... but ended up not going. The last minute plane tickets were going to kill me. :facepalm

BUt yeah, story line being changed, etc, etc, I am still hoping it's decent
