HIC panel real size?

Ok mesured my casting and from raised bezel edge 4" tall and 13" wide. This is just front raised bezel "rectangle" not the extra flange area.
The back side side is a little awkward to measure widest point 13 3/4". Height 5 1/4" (no tabs), 5 5/8" (with tabs).
Mine is a casting from a mold that I am the 3rd owner of, but it was made from a real Volvo panel, but I am not a taking measurements off of a actual Volvo panel.
