Hero panel grid section

Does anyone make the grid panel that is lit up green on the hero panel? Any help to get this last part would be awesome.

I recently was having the same need. I took some reference photos and a Volvo panel to a local sign shop and had them design a decal for the grid. I cut some clear styrene and painted the back with frosted glass spray paint. Please excuse the rough panel in the pic.

, then placed the decal on the front.
