Help with Durno Novos Helmet visor

Hey everyone,
I recently made a post about finding a Dueno Novos Jango helmet.
There are a couple of things I'd like to fox but need help with, as I don't want to damage this beautiful helmet.

As you can see: The visor is pretty see through.
another issue I have is that it isn't stuck against the frame like the movie one.
I also read that the spacing between both cheeks is too wide.

I'd really appreciate if someone experienced could help me.

I have the same problem on the visor not resting flush up to the cheeks on my 3D printed helmet. I have a boba maker helmet that is literally perfect. So I mainly am trooping with that one. I used a welders mask for my visor and the color will be much darker. keep in mind it will be more difficult to see.

In regards to your shape, I would leave it. Keep the helmet how it came. If you’re going to get nitpicky, there’s lots of issues and you’ll never be happy. If you have the money buy one from boba maker or 3D print one.
