HELP! I have a big head!

Hi guys!

I want to start making a Boba costume, but I have a big problem. Namely my head. It's big. I need to buy extra large size hats and most costume helmets/masks (rubies, don post, etc) just don't fit.

What do I do?

I do not think I have the skills to fabricate my own helmet (yet), so do you guys know where I could buy a bigger helmet? Is the Master Replicas one bigger than the costume ones? Does somebody make a kit that I could buy (like the 501st stormtrooper helmet kits)?

Any help would be most appreciated.

I'll try and get a measurement of my MR tomorrow for you. That'll at least give you an idea.

I've also been reading that Sgt. Fang's helmets are a bit larger than most. Does anyone know how I can contact Sgt. Fang?

the MR and mystery helmets (like fang's) are all really, really close size-wise.

if i remember right, the mlc helmets are the biggest out there. check with

I too have a large grape, and have a Fang bucket. I can get it on my head, but my nose touches the visor. It's a great helmet, but I won't be able to wear it. Need to find me a bigger bucket, too.

My MR is quite large. And my head is quite big and my nose is bigger. I tend to wear XL motorcycle helmets in most brands.
