helmet identification

I won this helmet on ebay and was wondering what year it was, if anyone knows how to identify it help would be greatly appreciated.

Looks to me like a DP'96?
I think that's the paintjob of one.

Ok good i was hoping it wasn't a '97 thanks.

That looks like a stock photo of the helmet to me. I could be wrong, but that may not be the actual helmet you're getting.

You may be right, but if you look closely, the black background seems to be some sort of cloth. So it may be the actual helmet.

I got the helmet, and it looks like the pic with the same weathering so it is a '96 then, right.

It should have the year stamped into the back of it,right?My dp96 & dp95 did.
It's definately not a dp97uke
