Same reason FP took out the wavy brow in the FPH....more options, and that's first hand info right there. ..

I know, I was on the phone with him with you and DM at my house on the sofa when that was decided. I was part of that decision though I felt at the time it should have been less generic. You felt other wise and it ended up being the great helmet we have today, thus the reason we had several great heads together on that project.

I was simply stating my understanding from talking to alot of people and simply by looking at good photography of the different sets. I dont have to back up an opinion, just facts.

And Alex, at one point you agreed with me on that, we have had several discussions on it.

And yes, I agree with you Alex, no dents is the way to go. Everyone can make it what they want to.

Didn't disagree with you at all....just don't know where you came up with 6sets that were made?? and no one is asking for proof, but does anyone "Really" know?...or is it just regurgitated hear say? and not actual facts?

And really it's great that FP is even giving anyone the option..

As I said before, some of the info is based on talking to folks and the rest is all there for anyone with 2 eyes and a computer. But it really dosnt matter as we base our suits off of one not any other number. So its mute really. I only stated it as it was part of my belif to the why there are some slight differences.

And we are letting the people decide Mojo.... I like you only know what I read in this thread, and I get my info on this new armor at the same time as everyone else. I was just throwing in my 2¢ as one of "the people" about what I would like to see just like you and everyone else.

But I was the only one that got jumped on by FP as though I did something wrong. :facepalm

Evan - I know you (group) are letting the guys decide bud, I only meant that we all possibly have info on what was and what if's... but by producing the the moulds as FP has, he has given us the choice of having the dents (near cannon or not) or without for those that have knowledge / reference or even the skills to put them in?

I saw a teaser poster about 2008 with a Fett helmet on it... a while back. Not sure if that has something to do with your special event, or something to do with a tv show... but I thought I would fan that fire a bit ;P

Thats a negative FP, you better just send me a set so I can truly judge for myself. I honestly don't know what we would do without you dedication to your products and us FP. The dents look great to me but I'm just a little behind Spidey in attention to detail.

About the knee dents ... the left knee (the one with 2 dents) has changed.
I boned the top dent on the rim (in the inset pic). It's too far toward the middle of the knee. This has been corrected. Dag-gum details ! I hate that I even noticed it. I hate that I even corrected it ! I'm addicted to looking at this stuff under a microscope, somebody STOP ME !!

I'll post a pic of it the next time I have a pull of it. The updated shoulder bell coming in a bit.
