fiberglass helmet

what sort of paint do i need fo a fiberglass helmet that has a gel coat this material is completely alien to me, but i want to improve on my rubies lid now i have the bug:cheers

You can use pretty much any paints, spray paint acrylics yadda yadda yadda. All the testors paints use for the orignal movie helmets will work. Just make sure you give the helmet a good sanding with HIGH grit sand so the paint will adhear to the surface.

yeah, like tim said, most anything will work as long as the fiberglass is clean and lightly sanded.

i use all rattlecans from the hardware store myself. whatever brands have good colors
