fettpride armor v3 collar/backplate overlap and collar studs

Hi all,

For all you guys out there with fp v3 armor, how far does the collar overlap the back plate?

Also, I need measurements for the placement of the collar studs?

I'll take some measurements tonight, and snap some pics as well. I would think each persons dimensions would be slightly different, depending on their frame. If you make it too tight, the collar can choke you right at your adams apple....

I don't think there is a set size as Scott says. Chris left plenty of plastic on there that can be trimmed as and when required. Best thing to do is position it on your body/vest and mark where they naturally fall, then work to that and maybe trim off some if you have more than required to join the two. I think I ended up with about an inch, but can't remember if I trimmed any off to get to that?

I did NOT trim any material, if you look at the reference pics from MOM, there's actually a considerable amount of overlap from collar to back.

I did trim anything either. I think it looks great. As far as the spacing. I eyeballed it.
