Today we started our first attempt to run Fett's helmet chin strap!

Here are the details:

This is the story of several months of discovery and research on Fett's chin strap, and by chance I got this beautiful kit, which is probably the closest part to the original helmet that we know of so far.

In order not to destroy this rare antique, I worked with multiple hunters to design this replica, and in order to reproduce the installation process of Fett's chin strap as much as possible, I drew a template blueprint of the chin strap to determine the part it will eventually be used on the helmet.

After several months of R&D and overcoming various complex problems, it is finally here today. In order to better complete this work, most of the project is molded/customized, and has been repeatedly modified and upgraded to meet the structural direction of PP3/ESB. This time, you can boldly pick up the scissors and build your own chin strap system, maybe Brian Archer made the same Fett parts with a box like this.


So far I am still paying for the custom installment and it is very expensive. In order to get as many Fett guys as possible to take it, (and maybe other helmets too), I am trying to get it for $150 (free shipping in the US)

I have prepared a 1:1 scale template to assist in cutting the belt.

Please compare carefully before cutting and do not cut too much at one time, so as to avoid the belt not being long enough.
