General ESB boot stras/spats

Hi all,
I'm currently looking into changing my S/E fett to an ESB fett and I'm trying to determine whats going on with the boots spats.
From threads I've seen it would appear there are no spats for an EBS fett ?? yet some pics certainly look like there is something happening down there.
Is there a separate spat/tie or is it just nothing and an elasticated cuff on the flightsuit ?
Any deffinative answer and or good pics would be appreciated ?

There is definitely a strap/tie down there. Some flight suit makers incorporate them into the suit and some don't requiring you to get a separate tie. These pictures are in the gallery here and are evidence that there is a strap/tie and not elastic.
