ESB Armor Paintup for Nighthawk756

Hey all, just posting up the work I have done so far for Nighthawk756's ESB Armor paint up. The armor is RKD ESB v3.

I think everything except for the abdomen and right chest plate are ABS while the other 2 are boltaron. Anyways, this is what I've got, the grey chest piece was my personal armor piece that I used to test out the size and how to make the cut out for the chest lights. I'll be sharpening up the edges before it gets painted up.

Good luck! I would trim them down a little more though, they should have about a 1/8" return edge and have an overall pretty thin looking thickness to them.

Thanks for the tip, my dremel died recently but I've got most of the armor retrimmed to that thickness, I'll be priming everything and getting the first coat of silver down and masked before the end of this weekend. Pictures to follow soon!

Okay, trimmed the armor up a bit more, as per your suggestion! Sanded, then primed, then sanded and wetsanded, the reprimed and hit it with diamond dust.

Free handing the damage on this piece as it was a pain to try and get everything to look right with the stencil.
