Edges on Sintra Armor

How does everyone finish the edges of their Sintra armor?

I have all of my upper body pieces cut and shaped. I wanted to finish off the rough edges before I primed it though. Somewhere I read that superglue will 'seal' the edges and give a nice finished look.

Any other methods?

I haven't had a chance yet to even cut mine out yet, but with most products like this that have a core that is less dense than the surface, you can prime the edges as well as everything else. WHen you sand after the first prime coat it will seal the less dense edge...

like I said, I haven't had a chance yet, but it's worth a try.

Use a medium sand paper and pull down and out from the center. There is a de-burring tool at Home Depot that works very nice and is quick.
