Dry transfer decals in Canada?

Im just about done my Boba bucket and in need of some final touches.

Does anyone in Canada know where I could get some dry transfer rub on decals. Its just silly to order MG737 - Condensed Gothic RR Black from woodland scenics since the shipping will gouge me (damn you crappy Canadian dollar!)

Trying to find another solution since I don't want to hand paint them,have sticker decals,I want it done right the first time.

Anyone try the Testors waterslide decal paper yet?

Thoughts?

Are there any decent sized model train shops near you? A lot of model railroad guys use the Woodland Scenic transfers on their trains.
Worth a try anyway.
