As for the star trek vs star wars How bout this for the executor.
The reman warbird
The Scimitar is a huge vessel built by the Reman rebels on a secret base. Superior to any ship of either the Federation or the Romulans with 52 disruptors and 27 torpedo banks, the Scimitar is capable of firing while cloaked. It is also equipped with a thalaron emitter, a weapon that destroys any organic tissue. The thalaron emitter is activated by unfolding the wings of the vessel. There is at least one large shuttlebay with dozens of Scorpion-class fighters.
This is not a scale image. Its not bigger than the ssd. I just coulndt find a scale pic.

You guys can see the size comparison of the ssd to the reman warbird. (Its right under the ssd in front of the romulan warbird.) Its not a big ship. However A a-wing took out the ssd with a quick few shots to the bridge defector shield generator and then flew into the bridge. This bad boy Wont stand up to 1000+ turbolasers but It does have cloaking and it can fire while cloaked. It also has primary and secondary shields.

Star Wars and Star Trek are both completely different. Keep in mind that all of those Star Wars ships are mainly military ships, where as Star Trek is space exploration; it's really unfair to compare the two. It's like comparing an assault rifle to a pair of binoculars.

I do think the reman warbird could give the ssd a run for its money. It wont stand up head to head cause it would be blown apart. However the ability to fire while cloaked is a useful tool. Also the fact that its not using phasers banks instead disruptor banks and torpedo bays. Would be interesting to see.
